It seems that you are not so much video conferencing as video presenting. It seems you are talking about mostly one sided productions with not a great deal of interactions and not very spontaneous.

At most a few presenters and the rest being an audience with the content being mostly prepared in advance.

I think we need some new terms of the different kinds of video interactions.

Presentations

Collaborations

Chats

One to many

Few to many

Many to few

Many to one

One on one

Three way

Four way

Another condition you don't address is where you have groups that are not individually connected but sharing a room with many people and a single computer.

Lastly you don't provide disclaimers in your stories where you advocate for products. Do you receive any compensation for your advocacy?
