It was a co-worker. Our design lead, I am chief engineer. We were visiting a supplier who was having trouble forming the titanium domes we use to make the liners for the composite overwrapped pressure vessels (COPV's)that are one of our main products. These domes are for a new larger COPV design and the domes were cracking and buckling. TMI, I guess :-)
