It will rise from the "new dark age's" ashes and corpses of the climate disaster. It will be powered by various sources most of which will not emit greenhouse gases but by some that do but will be greenhouse gases emissions neutral because of the reduction in population and consumption. It will be a time of innovations and plenty. Much will be made of salvaging the remains of the fallen empires. Like the old empires is will be built on the rubble of prior empires. The population will have a profound respect for nature and balance of humankind and the rest of the natural world. It will be a time of wonder and introspective discovery. Every remaining human life will be treasured regardless of their differences.
