Just so everyone understands, nearly half of those are born into that poverty they were not pushed into poverty by acts of the wealthy. Not that the wealthy are innocent, just some of the problem is structural not caused by the wealthy. Poor people have too many children and many of the wealthy are trying to help poor women with family planning, improved education and contraception.
