Like to believe is of a sense, disbelief.

The cost numbers are a mess. Not apples to apples, not all costs just economic ones, just headline numbers. No price on pollution. No accounting for implementation or distribution just production. No accounting for the cost of capital or the cost of disposition of stranded assets. It is not often you can put a wind farm on the property of the abandoned coal fired plant so the associate electrical substation and transmission lines are an expense like the plant that will need to be demolished not an asset. The coal plant will probably need to be monitored as a hazardous waste site.

Not might be but is too late but not to late to be good for some, just too late for most.

The U.S. like the E.U. and China is intervening to promote wind and solar. None are doing it very forcefully.

I don't want to be a believer I want to know the truth.

The almost certain truth is we are not doing enough and will not do enough to be proud of what we have done.
