Money is only worthless if you don't understand its power. My money in the bank means I don't have to do work I don't want to do. I can tell my boss to shove it anytime I want, and he knows it. I get treated differently because I don't need my job. I don't do my job for the money I do it for the satisfaction. My boss owes me a lot of back pay, I worked for free (well, for medical insurance) for a while when the company was going through hard times.
