My reads per view is much better than yours as is my fans per read but my totals are much lower except I have more articles, (Drafts 53, Published 178, Responses 5336) but then I have been writing here much longer than you. I don't really think that quality makes a big difference. I think promotion makes a big difference. How Medium promotes articles is also a mystery. I was following someone but their stories were not being featured in my feed. I went an looked and there were more than just a couple of their stories that I had not read.
