Nice try but my wife has already given up and accepted the unavoidable collapse. I too think it is probably hopeless. I think we need to talk about what will survive and how we and rebuild with the tiny fraction of biosphere we will be left with and the remaining functioning infrastructure. You won't get the needed actions until it is too late, sorry.
