If his pain treatment left him still in pain and addicted to Opioids, then he should have been in treatment for addiction and receiving alternative treatment for his pain. There is a reason big Phama is paying huge claims for its improper marketing of Opioids. Many doctors lost their ability to prescribe Opioids because they over prescribed them.
