No, I don't get it. Can you cite a source for the claim about the Commerce Dept. I am an upper middle-class American I don't pay for cable TV or subscribe to Netflix. I do have Prime but don't consider it necessary. I did not have it a 10 months out of the last year. My internet is $65 a month.
