Nope I did not sense this as sarcasm or satire. You could have tag it as satire but you didn't. I did read the whole thing and I just read it again. Too true to be satire. Maybe a little snarky but not a comedy (satire). Not sarcastic because I would think you meant it. Usually, sarcasm take the position 180 degrees off the truth to make fun of the truth.
