Not good but not very many really, In 2020, there were 602,350 cancer deaths; Lets imagine a meaningful policy was implemented that reduce those deaths by half (a huge improvement, not likely) you are not saving a lot of people. New cancer treatments save many more lives. What gun control measures do you support and how many lives are they expected to save.
