Three times now I have tried digital subscriptions to old school print media. One is working, one I cancelled because of content delivery problems and inept customer service and the third is in the works but it is not looking good. They took my credit card info but I can’t log in. I don’t know what is wrong with them but the idea that I have to work thru problems using customer service is a deal breaker.
I am not interested paying to be a beta tester for their digital subscription service. I am only marginally interested in being a customer and if your service is not great I am going to quit. These incompetent legacy newspapers/magazines are damaging the prospect for a successful digital subscription model for legacy journalists.
