Pardon me but you should replace must with should in these phrases "a new economy must solve. It must provide for the basic needs of everyone."

We will get a new economy or more likely an evolved economy but it will not provide for the basic needs of everyone. We can't even count on the new or evolved economy providing for the basic needs of as many of the world's people as the current economy. Hope, vision, prayer, aspiration or even hard work will not necessarily deliver your desire.

I expect that you understand all that and just made a poor choice of word.
