Primarily means with few exceptions (I would say you need to be more than 90/10 to be primarily), 75/25 is a super majority (as little as 67/33 qualifies), 51/49 is a majority. I have a fine understanding of ratios; I am an engineer.

Patriarchy is ruled by men, if ruled by women it is called a Matriarchy. If ruled by elites it is called an Aristocracy, if ruled by the rich it is called Plutocracy, if ruled by a small number of elites it is called an Oligarchy. Those are some of the various hierarchical social structures. Your use of Patriarchy is imprecise. In the U.S. we ruled by neoliberal, conservative, plutocratic, oligarchic, elites. Or said another way a small group of rich capitalists who believe in trickledown economics and think they are better than us run the country. A super majority of them are white Christian men as a result of centuries of racist Christian patriarchy that has only recently been disrupted by the granting of equal rights to women, non-Christians and people of color.

I actually think we see the world the same way or at least close, I think our disagreement is semantical. Have just been correcting what I think is your improper use of the word Patriarchy (and now primarily) not trying to change your world view. Men still have more power than women, white people have more power than people of color and Christians have more power than everyone else, but the power of white Christian men is not absolute.
