I don't believe that Non-Whites and Non-Males would wash out. My point was that if White Supremacists really believed that they were superior then they would open the doors to diversity in leadership because they would be sure that it would prove their points. White Supremacists know that they have to keep Non-Whites and Non-Males out of leadership positions because those Non-Whites and Non-Males will succeed at the same rates as White Males and disprove their superiority.

I know that BIPOC and Female workers and leaders do perform that the same level as White Males. I have live that experience. I worked for one of the biggest aerospace contractors at a NASA facility and have worked with Black, women and Black women leaders who were excellent.

White Supremacy is a cover for greater White Privilege. It is about an artificially created superiority not a natural superiority.
