Rights and their Deity are very tightly connected for people who believe in God. The founders claimed:

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”

You claim:

Human beings have inherent rights by virtue of being human.

Can you list these inherent rights and justify them as inherent and not just a fabrication of a social structure?

How can it be an inherent right of a human to be allowed to possess an AK47 it would seem to more an inherent right that we not be threatened by AK47's
