Regarding East Coast Seafood, yeah, it is best when you go there to get it. I don't think there is ever a good day to eat Chowder in Las Vegas. Don't forget the oysters but maybe you can get them in Las Vegas, they are more universal and same with shrimp. Shrimp and oysters are not so East Coast. I am just outside New Orleans Shrimp and Oysters are very good here.

I don't know about Las Vegas but in California and Baja, you can get warm water lobsters, no claws but still still yummy. Langosta and Langostino
