Thanks for writing this. I invite a lot of people to come visit and offer to make dinner, no strings attached. I get too few takers. My place is not shabby but not ritzy either. I have a covered patio with a built-in fireplace/wood grill and I have a gas grill. I have a formal dining room with seating for 8-10. I think I am a pretty good cook. A friend and I have a lunch planned for Monday after 6 months for saying we should get together. Most of my friends are retired, they are not that busy, not sure what gives.
