I always tip bartenders no matter what I am drinking. Maybe I should rethink that, but I fear being ignored if I don't tip.

One thing we might disagree on it how much to tip for delivery. It is no more work to deliver, one, two or three pizzas. I don't tip delivery based on the price of the order. I tip based on the quality of the service, like is the order correct, timely, still hot, and not smashed or otherwise damaged. I am very local to providers, no added mileage needed. That said, I am more likely to do take away not delivery.
