That would be wonderful, but the masses don't want to do that. It is hard, requires leaders that are willing to put in unrewarded effort. It requires people who can work together and share the rewards and not bicker about who does what and who gets what. It can and does happen but mostly not, most workers are thinking only of the short term, maybe not past the next paycheck.
