The Establishment Clause is a limitation placed upon the United States Congress preventing it from passing legislation establishing an official religion, and by interpretation making it illegal for the government to promote theocracy or promote a specific religion with taxes. It is not antisemitic to oppose the establishment of an official state religion if you feel it applies to all nations and religions. Providing preferential treatment or discrimination based on race, religion or national origin is wrong. People should not have been and should not be forced off their land and should have the right to return with a pathway to citizenship.
