The Fed produces a profit every year, there are no losses to pass on to big bank shareholders.

So, if the U.S. government’s Federal Reserve is not going to make big banks shoulder their shareholder losses like typical shareholders, why should the Federal Reserve continue giving big banks the insider profits that come from their cozy relationships with the Federal Reserve being able to deposit money that the Federal Reserve pays interest on and being able to sell their U.S. Treasury Bond government debt to the Federal Reserve?

The Fed produces a profit every year, there are no losses to pass on to big bank shareholders. Those big bank shareholders do not even get to share those profits, those profits are paid to the Treasury. This whole line of thinking is off base.
