The first sentence in your second paragraph is a lie.

Much of my wealth is tools, collectables, real estate, physical gold and other jewelry etc.
Your lie is more a matter of sloppy writing not intention. I have to believe that you meant that if your wealth is tied up in a bank or brokerage account or in a Bitcoin wallet, your wealth is a digital entry. The second part of lie is in regards to the choice of the phrase "no real value." Even digital entries have value. If they have no other value (and they do have other value) they can be used as collateral for loans to purchase physical assets.
