If everyone paid an inflation adjusted $600 a month we could all continue to receive healthcare. The ACA provides a refundable tax credit for household making up to 400% of the Federal Poverty Level. If you can’t afford healthcare under the ACA you must be doing something wrong. Either you qualify for Medicaid, Medicare or are not in the country legally.
