The way to break this chain of inappropriate discriminations is too stop treating people a certain way because of that tribe they came from. You need to see individuals as opposed to members of a tribe. Any superiority of a tribe is inconsequential as individuals variability of abilities and attributes overwhelms any small statistical advantage any group might have.

That said, you can't be color or race blind. Our tribes contribute a lot to who we are. Rejecting your tribe or their tribe does not change the fact that they were raised in that tribe. Their tribe might influence who they are but it does not define who they are.

Sadly I don't know much about the different black tribes. I know a lot about different white tribes. White tribes have struggled against each other for quite some time. Saying black people equates Black people in Africa to New World Black Slaves and saying White People equates Yankees with Crackers.

We are individuals and generalizing is wrong because it is rarely right/correct.
