There is no way they can make me feel that way. They rudely make me sit in the waiting room for 20 minutes to half an hour after my appointed time then take me in the back and a nurse checks my vitals and asks why I am there. Then I sit in the exam room for 10 to 15 minutes waiting for the Doctor (Nurse Practitioner) to show up and spend maybe 10 minutes with me. To my mind it is the Doctor that is rude, it is his practice, he could fix it, but I think the abuse (waste of my time) is deliberate. It is a power trip.
