These things will not kill you. You can eat these things and not be overweight or have health problems. If almost all you eat are those things then you are more likely to be overweight and have health problems.
If you throw away those three things and start a diet of beef, whole wheat croissants and butter, orange and apple juice and cheese, I think you might have weight and health problems.
I think eating advice should balance what to reduce with what to promote. I wonder if someone has written common sense eating advice.
