This is a bias and incomplete story.

I look forward to buying electric vehicles but the current offerings are not to my needs or liking.

The technology is still advancing so prices and performance will improve, there will be a time to buy but I don't think it is right now.

I drive a compact pickup truck. Nobody even makes an electric compact pickup truck and if they did it would cost a lot more but if I drove it enough it might be economically better. I am ready, waiting on someone to offer one. It would be better if I had a choice of more than one company's offerings.

The deal with our motorcycle, nobody makes a small electric motor cycle and certainly not for what we paid and our motorcycle gets 100 MPG

A couple years ago we bought a new SUV for the wife. Today an electric SUV might have been a better choice but it would be a close trade as she does not drive it hardly at all.

Some of aren't in denial, we are trying to figure out our entre. I am pro-electric vehicles but I have never been an early adopter.
