ultimately the message must always be that women do not need to alter their behaviours in any way. Men do.

This is less helpful than the Jersey Police. What changes in behaviors do you suggest that the Men make. Might you be suggesting that rapist just don’t do it. Women helping themselves will do them more good than any number of messages suggesting that men stop being rapists. Maybe you are suggesting that more men should help capture and convict more rapists. Maybe more Fathers should be teaching their sons to be better Men.

Maybe you should tell us how you think Men need to change. That might be helpful. Give it a shot.
