For the anywhere any time you need an ISP or Cell Service provider. At point of sale maybe you can blue tooth or wifi crypo. I think what you really meant was without a bank or clearinghouse. Even with crypto you still need the miners (a third party) to process the transaction. You are spoiling your story with unnecessary statements. Stay on topic.
