This phrase is nonsense. I think you meant keep 100% not create 100%. Even corrected, what is 100%, is that net overhead, so really you just want to eliminate profit, OK. There are lot of non-profits, I think a lot of businesses would function better as non-profits but how do you raise the money to start a non-profit. Not every business can be started based on charity.
