This poses an interesting line of thought. Is it better to plan on raiding the rich compounds or to make a sustainable community. How will the sustainers accommodate the raiders. Second thought, the billionaire's wealth might remain, but can the billionaires maintain control, might their own security teams rebel and take over control. It seems to me that Musk, Bezos or Zuck are no match for many Blackwater types. They would torture you for your passwords and slit your children's throats for each time you lie to them. I actually think they would do even worse but that would be too graphic to write here on Medium.
