This statement is not informative. Of course the "Majority" pay most of the taxes, they are the majority. This tells us nothing of value. The idea that the "Majority" do all the work is incorrect. The "Poor" do work too, the "Working Poor." I also expect that the "Top" have done a bit of work from time to time.
