This story is good advice and would have been so even before the pandemic. Thanks. Things would have to get a lot worse before I keep one loaded and then even worse before I carry one. I practice a few times a year to keep proficient. I say proficient, maybe better described as not totally incompetent.

Regarding the mental side of preparation, I don't know if anything short of been their done that can prepare a person for using deadly force. I imagine, and I can only imagine, killing someone scars a person for life.
