We are stories unto ourselves. I have been able to extend the frequency of my intermittent fasting. When working at the office there was an obligatory lunch break where for an hour or so the office was filled with the smells of peoples lunch. Now that I am working from home it is easier to skip lunch like I was doing on weekends. It is just my wife and I and it is coffee in the morning and I don’t cook until after 5 pm and more like 8 pm. We might have something beside coffee to drink during the day especially if we are active but no meals or even real snacks until dinner time.
Fasting on weekends let me control my weight gain and now I lost another 10 pounds. I was down 15 pounds I have been splurging to celebrate our comfort in quarantine.
We have not baked anything since the we started social isolation. Saving the flower and eggs since they have longer shelf life. Fresh meat, veg, and potatoes are going to run out in not too long. I guess I could go to the store but is that wise?
