What about people who can't work just anywhere. People who need data rates not available in every home. People who don't have space to dedicate to work, for whom a lap top is not enough screen space and a couch or dining room chair is not going to ergonomically acceptable. I have co-workers who are often interrupted by family members that disrupt our collaboration. l am lucky my home office is larger than my bosses office was at work. I have an internet connection that I don't have to share with anyone. I am the only one in the build for longer than any reasonable working hours. Not everyone is so lucky. No we don't have to go to work to do our jobs but some people can't do them well from home not because of the nature of the work but because not every home has the resources for the work.
