What if real true nice guys are so rare as to be Unicorns. Or if a woman wants a transactional relationship maybe she is looking for a bigger pay off than someone being nice.

On a different track, one awe-shit wipes out all atta-boys. This is why nice guy type 2 is as rare a Unicorns. We all make mistakes so nobody qualifies as a nice guy type 2. Like the author said, you really need to have a few other things going for you to make it with a lady. The lady will forgive you for not always being a nice guy but only if you give her a reason.

A lot of women stay with guys who are real assholes, not nice guys at all but they do things for their lady that makes her happy and are only rarely not nice to her.

I am sure we have all heard it. "Nice guys finish last" That phrase is based on real world experience. I doubt any Billionaire is a nice guy. You might have lost your girlfriend to some not nice guy. Him just trying to take your girl away proves he is not a nice guy and your girl knows this. If you are nice and don't play a little dirty then you are a doormat. No girl wants a doormat. It could be she wants a guy who would kill for her.
