Positive freedom is actually a "privilege" not freedom or a right but a benefit.

An education provide at public expense is not a freedom it is a privilege. A privilege that is universal in almost the whole world. Proper universal heath care is not a right but a privilege that any first world country would assure. True equal protection for all in the justice system would be right but one that is denied almost everywhere. The rich have the privilege of better treatment under the law anywhere on the planet.

Just saying your word game is not helpful.
