What is normal and who decides?

"Normalizing the conversation is fundamental to the health of society"

I think we are evolving to a better place but I expect we will over react and implement what amounts to censorship before the pendulum swings back to more freedom of expression. While we don't see this censorship so much on-line I do see this censorship in our workplaces. Some valid views are not tolerated in some workplaces because it is not politically correct.
