Jobs where someone needs to check to see if the AI product is garbage because garbage in is garbage out. AI often produces garbage. I am the chief engineer at a small new space company. We employ a few people who mostly do analysis using software tools. They trust the tools too much. If companies don't invest in nurturing this kind of talent, they will not have people who can tell quality from garbage.
