What you are suggesting is a kind of communism. Not happening on this planet any time in the foreseeable future. Barely worth talking about even as an intellectual exercise. You understand that "No transfer of wealth from person to person" means no gift giving or even wages.

Yes, in communism nobody gets paid everyone gets what they need, the collective decides who does what including who has children and who raises children (not necessarily the same people). If you make anything it belongs to the collective and the collective decides who get it. You don't get to keep the things you make and if you take resources even something as simple as clay from the ground to make something without the collectives permission you in violation.
