Where is the part about having a useful skill.

Can you build 3D models using Solidworks?

Can you program a 3D printer?

Can you read a drawing tree, understand the drawings and write instructions to assemble the parts to make the end item?

Can you build a finite element model and perform stress analysis?

Can you operate a tensile test machine and a data acquisition system?

Can you program and operate a CNC machine tool?

Can you solder and weld?

Can you design the ply layup for a composite part, and do you understand the cure cycle?

Do you know the difference between an oven and an autoclave without looking it up on the internet?

The job search will go a lot better if you have useful skills.
