Who is your target audience? I was teleconferencing long before the pandemic. We never put our faces on the screen for work. I did skype video chat with my wife when I traveled but just for the novelty. Just talking on the phone was fine for years and skype's novelty wore off. I teleconference multiple times a day every work day and sharing our screens is what we do, all the time every time. Most of us turn off our cameras. The most important item we show on the screen is the meeting agenda and presentation content. Pictures of peoples faces are a waste of screen space. You recommend multiple screens, give me a break. Even when I am not teleconferencing I need multiple screens to work effectively. Multiple Large Screens. The biggest change the Pandemic has brought is chat. Instead of phone calls and in person conversations I am text chatting, it is more dynamic and e-mail with all the benefits.
