Why does it matter how long ago. You think college is harder now? I don’t think any of the engineers in my graduating class had a 4.0 GPA.

I had a 3.23 GPA. Two semesters of Calculus, two semesters of Thermodynamics, Differential Equations, Linear Algebra, two semesters of Aerodynamics, Orbital Mechanics, Fluid Dynamics, Solid Mechanics …..and an airplane design project with drawings, performance calcs and design rationale justification.

I graduated in 1980. I work at Kennedy Space Center to help prepare Columbia for the first Space Shuttle Launch in 1981.
