Would not, Tit for Tat be Fair?

I suggest this as a possible de-escalation not an escalation.

Notify Russia that for each cruise missile they launch at Ukraine NATO will supply Ukraine a cruise missile. Maybe just start at one for each 10 and if that does not get Russia to reduce its attacks then the ratio could be adjusted. Presented in the proper diplomatic dialog (and decimated to the general public worldwide) it would only seem reasonable not an escalation but pressure on Russia to de-escalate. Just an effort to stop attacks on Ukrainian civilian targets. Just floating such and idea would probably give Russia some pause. Tomahawks like the one in the picture are precision weapons, if targeted properly and not intercepted, would minimize Russian civilian casualties. Of course, if Russia intercepted them, they could fall anywhere.

Tit for Tat seems fair, when a bully hits you, you need to strike back, or the bully will not stop.
