There are many people who consider who you are an abomination. As painful as it might be to reject your parents, you realize it is necessary. Sadly, they will probably be relieved.

They won’t say so but they don’t care if their politics hurt you. I don’t want you to think that we are close allies. I am not much of an LBGTG supporter. I do think that gays should be allowed to serve in the military but understand it is not cut and dried.
