Yes, of course it is mostly those of lesser means that buy lottery tickets or play other games of chance.

We have many casinos around here as well as many places to buy a plethora of scratch offs and lottery tickets. It would better if the top prizes were smaller and more numerous. The huge payoffs ruin people's lives.

Myself, I thank God that I was not born rich or attained fabulous wealth. I am certain it would either have ruined me or turned me evil. I also thank God that I was not born poor, failed to achieve a good income or was disabled.

Balance, we are so much better off when we have balance in our lives. Not too little and not too much of anything.
