You don’t need a check list, it seems you already get it. Might need to add a few skills to your list for learning but being self-sufficient in food and water are a big start. Pick a place that environmental changes will not make uninhabitable. Might need to me more remote than your choice. Someone might covet your self-sufficiency. Might need to be less obvious.

You might want to learn to make soap, cheese, wine, beer, preserves. Plant orchards, they take a while to mature.

If I sound a bit like a prepper, well, that is a big part of resilience. Preppers have already made the relinquishment decision as well. Preppers are ready to let go of a lot. Prepping can be helpful in restoration. Preserve the seeds for the future, I hope that someone saves a lot of the knowledge that we have today. We might not be able to use it during the worst of the crisis but it will save having to recreate the learning during restoration.

I don’t believe we have reached the tipping point and I think we will probably be able to avoid worst case climate change but I also believe it will be a horrific crisis.
