You don't seem to have a clue about how to make things better just complain about how bad things are.
You wrote "How long will it take to have a society where equality, freedom and dignity for all exists?" Do you understand, forever! It is not even the goal; it is the ideal. Not something to be achieved but something to aspire too.
Tiny incremental change, constant progress, stop things from getting worse and work on what is most important.
The big problem is not that the rich are too rich. The problem is the working class is abused and misled. They don't need to be inspired to a revolution they need to be led to demand better pay and benefits and not be sucked into a consumer culture that inhibits their progress. Many are waking up to this and changing their culture.
You can't tear down the 0.01% or even the 1%. They can defend themselves from direct attacks both physical and social. You can undermine the predatory practices that made some of them rich. If you don't feed the monster it dies. Stop feeding the monster. Don't work for monsters and don't buy from monsters. Call the monsters, monsters, shout it from the roof tops. Name names. Meta, Bezos, Walmart, Dorsey, Trump, Amazon, The Fed, Big Pharma, Exxon-Mobile, Apple.
Apple is the greatest example. How many people are addicted to their Apple products and services and sing their praises instead of voting with their pocketbook and dumping Apple and the overpriced consumer consumption products produced and marketed in abusive and environmentally destructive manner.
We made the monsters rich, it is something we can fix. Stop feeding the monsters. Don't work for monsters and don't buy from monsters.
